Hey mate. I played your game and found it pretty cool. As you said on your video, a tutorial would have been useful. UI is pretty buggy ( I could not see my money and health properly ). I could also not leave the "About" page after entering. I beat the game anyway:

I already posted on your Newgrounds page but I figured I'd post my review here to for people to see:

I really enjoyed it! Unique mechanic with having to purchase the safety net's advancement through the stage. I like how it evolved from a mining game at first and ramped up to be more action-packed as it went on. Gameplay was well-polished and engaging.

The sound effects got a little repetitive. Some variation there could help. Also could have used some screen shake on hits though that's more of a personal preference thing.

I did a playthrough of it for my YouTube channel:

Thanks for the really great review! I loved watching you play on youtube

This is well made and quite fun. There are a few snags I ran into whilst playing though.

- First I kept pressing Esc to exit shop, which minimised the game and had me panicing

- The Highscore text looks like a button but actually just starts endless mode

- The resolution didn't scale great to my monitors.

- Money heading to you means you can mostly stay in the circle. Perhaps keeping it outside the circle would encourage the player to rush out of that safety net.

- When it started I didn't realise I had to start the circle by buying it in the shop. Perhaps add ingame levers instead.

This was by far one of the most fun and original games I've played in a while!! The whole game idea was so unique and it just worked so well!! I thoroughly enjoy the hell out of it!! You've honestly inspired me so much with this game!! Thank you for making these awesome games!!

Thanks for the comment Austin! im really glad you enjoyed the game!
